To shop with JUSTINE REILLY ART, you need to:

- Be at least 16 old; 

- have a debit or credit card that we accept (see bottom of page of current payment providers); and 

- be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

Some of the goods sold through our website(s) may not be suitable for under 18’s. 

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we’ll use your information. If your details change, remember that you need to update My Account so we can continue giving you our best service (you can also update your marketing preferences there).

Order Placement & Product Price Indication

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

The main characteristics of the products are shown on each product page on justinereillyart.com.au. The images and the products offered for sale on justinereillyart.com.au may not correspond exactly to the true physical product due to the Internet browser, smart phone or monitor used by the customer.

From time to time, we may price an item or order wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled.  Please note that a change of mind to your order outside of the 48 hour window will not be accepted and the deposit payment will be kept by JUSTINE REILLY ART

From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes and other commercial factors. 

All prices include GST (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in Australia at that time. If the rate of GST changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the GST you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in GST takes effect. JUSTINE REILLY ART is not responsible for conversion fees and exchange rates. 

Any discount codes issued are subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).

Please check the final price before placing your order. In the event of in the indication - by JUSTINE REILLY ART - of the product price or calculation of the amount requested at payment being incorrect, JUSTINE REILLY ART will reject the order and contact the user to offer them the opportunity to purchase the product or products at the correct price. 

The purchase price of the product(s) and the cost for their delivery as indicated on the order summary page will be charged to your account at the moment in which your order is placed.

Intellectual Property, Content & Software

Justine Reilly (JUSTINE REILLY ART) owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights on its website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All rights are reserved.

You’re allowed to store, print and display our website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the website or it’s content for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.

You’re also not permitted to use the JUSTINE REILLY ART logo or any JUSTINE REILLY ART brand (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express permission.

It’s fine for you to link to justinereillyart.com.au, as long as you do so in a way that is not-commercial, is fair and legal, and doesn’t damage or take advantage of our reputation.

JUSTINE REILLY ART Role & Responsibilities

When you complete a purchase on justinereillyart.com.au, you enter a contract with JUSTINE REILLY ART which supplies the product. We provide a platform which we trade our products to you, the consumer. We complete a sale and process payments, refunds & shipping. Once we receive your full payment for an order, we will remove your debt obligation to JUSTINE REILLY ART for that order.

Shipping is handled by JUSTINE REILLY ART through Moving Art or DHL.

Ordering Conditions

By clicking on the ‘Confirm and Pay’ button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s).

English is the language used for the contract with JUSTINE REILLY ART and our respective partner’s, customers and staff.

After your order has been placed, we will process your order. You will receive an automatic order confirmation notification from us. This does not constitute acceptance of your order by JUSTINE REILLY ART nor does a contract between JUSTINE REILLY ART and the customer exist at this point in time.  

JUSTINE REILLY ART’s acceptance of your order will take place when the we email you to confirm that the order has been dispatched. A contract will come into existence between you and JUSTINE REILLY ART. The acceptance email represents an electronic purchase order receipt. After entering into a contract, you are obligated to pay off the total price of the artwork as per the agreed timeframe.

JUSTINE REILLY ART are not obliged to fulfil an initial order and can reject an order at our or their discretion.
