FREE DELIVERY AUSTRALIA-WIDE ON ORDERS OVER $500*
DELIVERY
All orders are processed and collected next business day after the order has been made. Due to the high volume of parcels being sent Australia Post are experiencing intermittent delays. While suggested delivery times are listed below, these times may not be met so please allow plenty of time for delivery.

STANDARD ORDERS
Justine Reilly Art delivers Australia-wide and offers *FREE delivery on unframed prints on archival paper only on orders $500 or more.
A flat rate of $15.00 applies to all orders for unframed prints within Australia.
A flat rate of $35.00 applies to all orders for ready to hang canvas prints within Australia.
Original artwork delivery fees are specific to the piece and dependant on size and delivery location and will be advised upon enquiry.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed next business day. Orders are processed Monday to Friday from our Byron Bay location. If an order is placed on a public holiday or on the weekend then orders will be processed the next business day.
All orders receive a confirmation email and a tracking number is provided.
If you have placed an order and have not received your confirmation email please check your junk mail. A Tax Invoice is sent for each order.
SUGGESTED DELIVERY TIMES
Once dispatched please allow 8-10 business days for delivery.
Delivery times listed are approximates only and can vary during busy periods.
Presently Justine Reilly Art does not offer Express Shipping.
WHAT IF I'M NOT AT MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY ?
A card will be left at the address. Your order will be sent to the closest delivery point available to the carrier.
STOCK
While we do our best to keep our website up to date, if an item that has been ordered and is out of stock we shall email the customer a notification.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship prints internationally at a flat rate that includes insurance.
